Kuvik Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U66190RJ2026PTC111957) is NOT an NBFC, bank, or lending institution. The Company does not itself extend credit or disburse loan funds. All loan products facilitated through the Platform are offered, sanctioned, and disbursed exclusively by RBI-registered Banks and NBFCs ("Lending Partners"). Kuvik acts solely as an LSP, Lead Generator, Loan Aggregator / Marketplace, and Technology Platform.

1. Introduction and Parties


These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform and Services provided by Kuvik Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U66190RJ2026PTC111957, PAN: AAMCK6374Q, GST: 08AAMCK6374Q1ZI), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Office No. 103 & 203, 2nd Floor, Ram Bharat Villa, Siddharth Colony, Ajmer Road, Jaipur - 302006, Rajasthan, India ("Company", "Kuvik", "we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand Kuvik Loans.

"Platform" means, collectively, the website at www.kuvikloans.com, web-based application journeys, digital forms, onboarding workflows, communication channels, and any other digital interface operated by the Company. Kuvik currently operates through website and web-based workflows only and does not currently operate a standalone public mobile application.

These Terms, read together with the Privacy Policy, Fair Practices Code, and Refund and Cancellation Policy (collectively, the "Policies"), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you accept these Terms in full and enter into a binding legal contract with the Company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Definitions


Term Meaning
"Applicable Law" All laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and guidelines of India, as amended from time to time.
"Cooling-Off Period" The period after loan disbursement, as specified in the KFS, during which the Customer may exit the loan by repaying the principal and interest for the period of actual use, without any prepayment penalty, in compliance with RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025.
"Credentials" Your registered mobile number, email address, and/or password used to access the Platform.
"KFS" Key Fact Statement in the format prescribed under RBI Circular DOR.STR.REC.13/13.03.00/2024-25 dated April 15, 2024, provided before execution of the Loan Agreement, disclosing APR, all charges, repayment schedule, and the Cooling-Off Period.
"Lending Partner" An RBI-registered Bank or NBFC that sanctions and disburses loans to Users through the Platform.
"Loan Agreement" The agreement between the User and the Lending Partner specifying the terms of the loan transaction. Kuvik is not a party to the Loan Agreement.
"Minor" A person below 18 years of age. Minors may not register or use any Service.
"Platform" www.kuvikloans.com and all web-based journeys, forms, and interfaces operated by the Company under the Kuvik Loans brand.
"Services" Loan facilitation, lead generation, loan aggregation, KYC support, document collection, lender matching, communication support, and technology services made available through the Platform.
"User / you / your" An adult individual (18 years or above), a resident of India, who accesses or uses the Platform or submits information through it.
"User Information" All information provided by or relating to a User, including Personal Information and SPDI as defined in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptance of Terms


By using the Platform in any manner — including accessing the website, submitting information, registering, or availing any Service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms.

Eligibility: You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not a Minor; (b) you have legal capacity to contract under Applicable Law; (c) you are a resident of India; and (d) you are not barred from receiving the Services.

Amendments: The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Feedback: Queries and feedback may be directed to support@kuvikloans.com. Submitted feedback grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it without any obligation to you.

4. Nature of Services


The Services may include loan enquiry facilitation, lead generation, loan application support, KYC and verification assistance, lender matching, document collection, communication and support services, and repayment reminder and servicing assistance. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific Service at any time.

5. Registration and Account


To use certain Services, you may be required to provide your mobile number, email address, OTP verification, documents, and other information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and OTPs and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not register multiple accounts using the same Credentials. You must immediately notify the Company at support@kuvikloans.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Company may conduct verification processes at its discretion. It is not obligated to verify User Information but may request additional information for identity verification at any time.

6. Loan Application and Lending Process


6.1 Application and Eligibility

You may submit a loan application through the Platform by providing relevant User Information including financial and employment details. The Company and its Lending Partners shall assess your eligibility through credit profile assessment, KYC, and other verification processes. Acceptance or rejection is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Lending Partner. The outcome shall be communicated within 48 (forty-eight) hours of application submission.

6.2 Key Fact Statement (KFS)

Before execution of the Loan Agreement, the Company shall ensure that a KFS is provided to you in the prescribed RBI format setting out: annualised interest rate; all processing fees and charges; APR; repayment schedule; penal charges (if any); prepayment and foreclosure charges (if any); and the duration of the Cooling-Off Period. The KFS shall remain accessible to you throughout the loan tenure.

6.3 Loan Offer and Agreement

If your application meets the eligibility criteria, a customised loan offer shall be communicated to you. Acceptance of the offer subjects you to the Loan Policies (to be communicated to you for review). Upon your acceptance, the Company shall forward your application to the Lending Partner for final credit appraisal. The Company does not guarantee loan approval. Upon sanction, you shall execute the Loan Agreement with the Lending Partner. The Company is not a party to the Loan Agreement and bears no liability for any obligation thereunder.

6.4 Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025, you are entitled to a Cooling-Off Period as stated in your KFS. During this period, you may exit the loan by repaying the principal disbursed plus interest for the period of actual use, without incurring any prepayment penalty. To exercise this right, write to the Lending Partner with a copy to support@kuvikloans.com within the prescribed period.

6.5 Disbursement

The Lending Partner shall directly disburse the sanctioned loan amount to your registered bank account following execution of the Loan Agreement. The Company is not liable for any claim, dispute, delay, or default arising under the Loan Agreement. You shall be solely and exclusively liable for all obligations thereunder.

6.6 Repayment

Repayment shall be made per the EMI schedule in the Loan Agreement. The Company's role is limited to support services such as EMI reminder notifications and facilitating repayment through eNACH or UPI AutoPay. The Lending Partner's recovery process (as set out in the Loan Agreement) shall govern recovery of overdue amounts.

6.7 Lending Decision Disclosure

Final decisions regarding approval or rejection, sanctioned amount, interest rate, APR, fees and charges, repayment terms, tenure, loan documents, and disbursement are determined solely by the relevant Lending Partner. The Company does not guarantee approval.

7. Fees and Charges


Certain services, processing activities, payment handling, document verification, or third-party workflows may involve fees, charges, or deductions as disclosed in the relevant application flow, KFS, loan documents, partner terms, or service communication. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with your use of the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any third-party expenses or costs arising from transactions on the Platform.

8. Communications and Consent


8.1 Transactional Communications

By using the Platform and submitting your details, you consent to receive essential service-related communications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and telephone calls, including: OTPs; application status updates; KYC requests; support messages; repayment reminders; overdue notices; and compliance and regulatory alerts. These communications are necessary for the provision of Services and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

8.2 Marketing Communications

Marketing and promotional communications require your separate, explicit, and independently revocable consent, which shall be obtained through a dedicated opt-in mechanism and shall NOT be bundled with your acceptance of these Terms. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through the channels described in the Privacy Policy (Section 13). Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect transactional communications.

9. User Obligations


9.1 Accuracy:

You represent that all information provided is genuine, lawful, complete, accurate, and current. If information is found to be false, the Company may suspend or terminate your account, refuse Services, and/or initiate legal action under Applicable Law.

9.2 Prohibited Conduct: You shall not:

  • Impersonate any person or entity or submit forged documents
  • Use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful purpose
  • Misuse the Platform or interfere with its security or operations
  • Submit information that infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory right
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other prohibited financial activity
  • Mislead or deceive other Users or the Company regarding loan offerings or financial products

9.3 Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Credentials and OTPs and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

10. Intellectual Property Rights


All rights, title, and interest in the Platform — including brand assets, logos, software, text, graphics, domain names, trademarks, and all other intellectual property, whether registered or unregistered — belong to the Company or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to Users.

You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of the Company's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Applicable Law.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability


The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Company acts solely as a facilitator. It is not a party to the Loan Agreement and is not liable for: lender decisions; disbursement delays; loan terms; third-party system failures; or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by you to the Company in the 6 (six) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification


You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Platform or Services
  • Breach of these Terms, any Policy, or any representation or warranty you have given
  • False, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you
  • Infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory right
  • Violation of any Applicable Law
  • Your negligence or wilful misconduct

Your indemnification obligation shall survive termination of your account for a period of 1 (one) year

13. Severability


If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Force Majeure


The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or telecommunications outages, government actions, regulatory changes, or acts of hackers or vandals. The time for performance shall be extended by the duration of the force majeure event.

15. Suspension and Termination of Account


The Company may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate your account — with or without notice — where false information, fraud risk, policy breach, legal requirement, or operational infeasibility exists.

You may close your account by submitting a written request to support@kuvikloans.com. Account closure does not affect outstanding loan obligations or pending transactions.

Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Platform is immediately revoked; (b) you remain liable for all obligations incurred before termination; and (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue to apply.

16. Credit Information Access Terms


By submitting a loan application, you expressly appoint Kuvik Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U66190RJ2026PTC111957) as your authorised representative to access your Credit Information from licensed CICs (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark) solely for the purpose of assessing your loan eligibility.

Credit Information shall be used solely for the stated purpose, shall not be sold or shared beyond what is required, and shall be purged within 1 (one) business day of completing the End Use Purpose. Consent is valid for 6 (six) months. This arrangement is governed by the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (CICRA). Credit information disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts of competent jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Policies, the Platform, or the Services. You irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection on the ground of inconvenient forum.

Nothing herein prevents the Company from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

18. General Provisions


18.1 Entire Agreement:

These Terms, read together with all Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior representations and agreements.

18.2 No Waiver:

No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

18.3 Assignment:

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign these Terms in whole or in part without notice.

18.4 Taxes:

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies associated with your use of the Services.

18.5 Headings:

Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
