TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT
Kuvik Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U66190RJ2026PTC111957) is committed to fair and transparent practices. This Policy sets out your rights and our obligations regarding cancellation of loan applications, the RBI-mandated Cooling-Off Period, and refunds. Read this Policy carefully before submitting any loan application or making any payment on the Platform.
1. Overview and Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs: (a) cancellation of loan applications submitted through the Platform; (b) the RBI-mandated Cooling-Off / Look-Up Period; and (c) refunds in connection with Platform Services.
This Policy applies to all Users of the Platform — the website at www.kuvikloans.com and web-based journeys operated by Kuvik Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U66190RJ2026PTC111957, PAN: AAMCK6374Q, GST: 08AAMCK6374Q1ZI). It must be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Fair Practices Code.
Kuvik acts as an LSP, Lead Generator, Loan Aggregator / Marketplace, and Technology Platform. It does NOT lend money directly. All loans are sanctioned and disbursed by RBI-registered Banks and NBFCs ("Lending Partners"). Loan-specific terms — including interest, prepayment, and foreclosure charges — are governed by the Loan Agreement between you and the Lending Partner.
To the extent any term of this Policy conflicts with Applicable Law, Applicable Law shall prevail.
2. Cancellation of Loan Application
2.1 Cancellation Before Disbursement
You have the right to cancel your loan application at any stage before the loan amount is disbursed by the Lending Partner to your registered bank account. Cancellation before disbursement shall not attract any penalty and shall not result in any adverse credit bureau reporting by the Company.
To initiate cancellation before disbursement:
- Submit a written cancellation request to support@kuvikloans.com, specifying your application reference number, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation; or
- Contact our customer support team during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
We will acknowledge and process your cancellation request within 1 (one) business day.
2.2 Cancellation After Disbursement
IMPORTANT
Once the loan amount has been credited to your registered bank account, the loan transaction is complete and the Loan Agreement is binding on you and the Lending Partner. Post-disbursement cancellation of the loan is not available through the Platform. Kuvik cannot cancel a disbursed loan on your behalf.
After disbursement, your options are governed exclusively by the Loan Agreement with the Lending Partner:
- Continue EMI repayments as per the agreed schedule
- Make part-prepayment of the outstanding principal, subject to prepayment charges (if any) stated in the Loan Agreement and KFS
- Exercise full foreclosure, subject to foreclosure charges (if any) stated in the Loan Agreement and KFS

3. Cooling-Off / Look-Up Period
RBI MANDATORY RIGHT
In compliance with RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025, every Customer is entitled to a Cooling-Off / Look-Up Period as specified in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) for their specific loan product. This is a mandatory legal right that cannot be waived.
The Cooling-Off Period commences upon execution of the Loan Agreement. Its specific duration is clearly stated in the KFS provided to you before loan execution. Review your KFS carefully.
During the Cooling-Off Period, you may exit the loan arrangement by repaying:
- The principal amount disbursed; plus
- Interest for the period of actual use, calculated at the contracted rate stated in the KFS; with
- No prepayment penalty of any kind
To exercise the Cooling-Off option, you must communicate your intent in writing to the Lending Partner (with a copy to support@kuvikloans.com) within the prescribed period and make repayment in accordance with the Lending Partner's instructions.
The Cooling-Off Period is a right against the Lending Partner. The Company shall facilitate communication and support but is not a party to the Loan Agreement.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Processing Fees and Application Charges — Non-Refundable
NON-REFUNDABLE
Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law or expressly approved by Kuvik in writing, all processing fees, KYC and document verification charges, credit bureau access charges, platform convenience fees, payment gateway charges, applicable taxes, and third-party service charges that have already been incurred or consumed are non-refundable. This applies irrespective of whether the loan application is approved, rejected, or cancelled, and irrespective of the stage at which it is cancelled.
Non-refundable charges include (where applicable):
- Loan processing fee levied by the Lending Partner
- KYC and identity verification charges
- Credit bureau report and credit score access charges
- Platform convenience or service fee
- Any other fee disclosed in the KFS prior to loan execution
4.2 Refund Exceptions — Limited Circumstances
A refund may be considered only in the following specific, verifiable circumstances:

| Failed Debit — No Service Initiated | A debit has occurred but no service was initiated or value delivered, confirmed by payment partner records |
| Statutory Requirement | A refund is required by a specific provision of Applicable Law or a regulatory direction |
Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of the relevant transaction or event. The Company reserves the right to verify and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
4.3 Circumstances Where No Refund is Available
No refund shall be issued in any of the following cases:
- Processing fees or application charges, irrespective of loan approval, rejection, or cancellation
- Rejection of the loan application by the Lending Partner on creditworthiness or other grounds
- User-initiated cancellation of an approved loan offer
- Post-disbursement cancellation requests
- Interest, fees, and charges levied by Lending Partners, governed by the Loan Agreement
- Third-party charges (payment gateway, verification agencies), governed by their own terms
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental expenses incurred by you in connection with the loan process
5. Refund Request Process
Where a refund exception applies under Section 4.2, follow this process:

Submit Request
Email support@kuvikloans.com with: your full name; registered mobile number; application or transaction reference; payment date and amount; nature of the issue; and supporting documentation.
- Verification
Our team will investigate and verify your request within 3 (three) working days and notify you of the outcome.
- Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 (seven to ten) working days from approval and credited to the original payment source.
Processing timelines are subject to banking, payment partner, and lender reconciliation timelines, where relevant. Partial refunds may be issued where warranted.

8. Amendments
The Company may amend this Policy at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via registered email or website notice at least 15 (fifteen) days before taking effect. The updated Policy will be published at www.kuvikloans.com/refund-policy. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
